control all aspects of the order and will not create false
expectations.

Galt Wine Cellars, realize that there will always be the
occasional need for extraordinary service. Information
and service are our primary functions. While we
cannot promise that third parties will not make mistakes, that
accidents will not occur, we do guarantee prompt response and
complete follow through.

position as a broker among the various vendors of wine storage
equipment - representing hundreds of clients - affords us the
leverage to demand and receive prompt response when we
request assistance from them.
