  While we do source any line, proper room preparation and ventilation is critical to the effective performance of any wine cooling equipment.  These very important elements as well as technical information on any cooling system is available at john_design@galtwine.com in addition to that found on the "Tech Specs" and "Articles" pages. 

These products are not routinely interchangeable.  While there is some cheap stuff available when it comes to service histories - "extended warranties" and "loaner programs" may entail additional expenditures - no manufacturer has changed, or improved on, the basic laws of physics.  Sometimes there's a valid reason for cost differentials - sometimes, there is no enhanced value in spending more.

In spite of very detailed instructions available from the various producers, folks continue to ignore them, jerry-rig, retro-fit, rationalize or ignore common sense when choosing or installing the various systems.   We interrogate & educate our clients - explain all the variables & alternatives - in order to assure that we're all on the same page regarding the application, BEFORE equipment is specified or installed.

While we're always here to help, we'd much prefer to do so in the front end.  Our clients find no need to call us after-the-fact due to misinterpretation or lack of knowledge.

We can afford to provide legitimate Extended Warranties and Lifetime Loaner Programs on quality equipment because we will not place any equipment with any client unless we have determined an appropriate fit.  We do so at no charge.
