information - Product Liability, Truth in Advertising, Copyright
Protection, Fair Trade Practices or any other related
coverage, are fully insured - casualty losses, civil
damages and/or legal expenses are fully covered by our
policy. Given the volume and diversity of our vendors,
products and clientele, we have exercised every measure to
assure that all legitimate interests are protected and
financed with regard to any 3d party negligence or
breach of contract.
We've
maintained this protection since our inception & we
guarantee that we will continue to do
so.
We and, therefore, our
clients are protected by $2 Million Commercial Liability
Coverage. Our insurer guarantees to pursue any
issues regarding Product Liability (on approved
lines). Our commitment
to Truth-in-Advertising, Copyright
Protection and Fair Trade Practices is likewise
insured and protected. 'Has been for years and still

Our clients have always
been able to rely on any information found on our web

MOST COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTIES

ChateauCraft Cabinet
Warranty
ChateauCraft, Inc., warranties all structural
components of its wine cabinets to be free of defects for a period
of 15 years. Doors and
interior/exterior panels are guaranteed to remain plumb and airtight
so long as the cellar is not exposed to excessive sunlight, moisture
or movement and is maintained on stable flooring. The system must be checked
periodically to assure that it is properly leveled and that the wine
is stored in a manner whereby the weight is evenly
distributed.
Likewise, the gasketry (weather stripping) must be
maintained in good condition, free of ruptures and providing a
uniformly airtight seal.
In the event of any signs of separation, warping or
"sagging", Galt Wine Cellars should be immediately contacted. The nature of wood is such
that it could be slightly effected by environmental changes. Normally, this will have no
effect on function or structural integrity and will not be
visible.
ChateauCraft,
Inc., maintains a network of qualified subcontractors throughout the
U.S.A. who can address
any structural or cosmetic issues. While they are usually
called upon in the event of shipping, or subsequent damage, they are
likewise authorized to perform any warranty
work.
During the 15 year
warranty period, any costs for labor and materials in the warranted
repair of a ChateauCraft cabinet will be paid by ChateauCraft,
Inc.
It is the obligation of any client to mitigate
the effects of any structural deficiencies by periodic inspection
and providing timely notice of potential
problems.

Products
During the 6th
year from date of purchase, Galt Wine
Cellars extends all warranty coverage, terms and conditions
as stated in the Breezaire warranty documentation which covers years
2 – 5. With the
exceptions listed therein, Galt will provide replacement parts at no
charge on any WK, WKC, WKCE or WKL series product
